Session 1:

Session 2:

KIDS (ages 5-12):
Flamenco KIDS!
Flamenco for boys and girls ages 5-12! Focusing on rhythm, movement, and song. Kids will learn how to sing, dance, and do palmas in Tangos. Please have your kids come to class with hard-soled or character shoes/ boots. Girls, please have hair tied back and a skirt.

FOOTWORK I and II
This is a fun rhythmic class that will give you strength and endurance! Designed to accommodate multiple levels, this class begins with Level I (a warm-up and work out of basic flamenco footwork patterns and exercises that all flamenco dancers should know) and closes with level 2 (further study of more complex patterns and exercises that incorporate more advanced coordination and strength).

CAJON
Learn the essential techniques and rhythms for the cajon (flamenco box drum). This is an excellent class for dancers and musicians alike! Taught by instructor Jason Martinez who has been a guest instructor of flamenco cajon at Festival Flamenco Internacional, and the Conservatory of Flamenco.
Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Saturdays 11:00 am- 12:00 noon

INTRO to FLAMENCO
A comprehensive introduction to the art form focusing on rhythm, movement, and song. Intro students will learn Tangos (fiesta style) and are encourage to move to the next level of classes after about a semester or two of Intro work. Please come to class with character shoes or hard-soled shoes (closed toe) and a skirt for the ladies.
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm (Tangos)
Saturday 11:00 am - 12:00 noon (Sevillanas)
First class is free!

SEMESTER STUDY I
This is an ongoing class focusing on the true artistic attributes of flamenco dance. Students will learn technique, structure, rhythm, and cuadro style flamenco in the art form's most popular palos with a focus on Tangos and Bulerias. Instructors will teach soniquete, baile, and letras and will give information and techniques for improvising. This is an excellent class for students transitioning from the Intro level to the higher Semester Study level.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm
Single: $12 $120 per session

SEMESTER STUDY II
This is an ongoing class focusing on the true artistic attributes of flamenco dance. Students will learn technique and choreography in the art form's most popular palos.

Session 2 - Solea por Bulerias
Session 3 - review
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm
Single: $18 $168 per session
